JACCO provides a wide variety of project management services including constructability review, value engineering, job cost set up, sub-contractor selection, executing purchase orders, conducting weekly construction meetings, preparing and updating construction CPM schedules, preparing RFI (request for information) change orders with associated logs, conducting inspections, closing out project, and preparing construction pay requests.

Training is designed for each customer needs and includes; understanding project documents, conducting construction meetings, contract review, understanding AIA document A-201 General Conditions, establishing relationships with owners, architects and engineers, monitoring and responding to safety issues on the project site, cost and budget controls.
